Welcome to CreditBoost, a mobile application (the "App") that provides personalized recommendations to help you improve your credit score. These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your use of the CreditBoost App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the CreditBoost App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Description of Service The CreditBoost App provides personalized recommendations to help you improve your credit score. We generate a report detailing specific steps you can take to accomplish this. In exchange for this service, we charge a one-time payment of $1.99, which grants you lifetime access to your report.
Use of the App (a) Eligibility: To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. (b) Registration: You may be required to create an account and provide certain information to access and use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep it updated. (c) Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You shall not access or attempt to access the App by any means other than the interface provided by us. (d) User Conduct: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the App or the servers and networks connected to the App.
Payment To access your personalized credit improvement report, you must make a one-time payment of $1.99. Payment shall be made through the designated payment method provided within the App. Once payment is successfully processed, you will have lifetime access to your report.
Intellectual Property Rights (a) Ownership: The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of CreditBoost or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. (b) Limited License: CreditBoost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranty (a) Use at Your Own Risk: The App and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CreditBoost makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App. (b) No Guarantee: While the recommendations and report generated by the App are intended to help improve your credit score, CreditBoost does not guarantee any specific results. The effectiveness of the recommendations may vary based on individual circumstances.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, CreditBoost and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the recommendations provided therein.
Termination CreditBoost reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your access to the App at any time
