Can you trade your home equity like stocks?
Dallas-based Nada Inc. is turning home equity into a liquid asset. The platform lets homeowners unlock a portion of their equity while investors buy into geographically diversified pools of residential property.
Operating across fourteen US states, Nada has built a marketplace where shares of home equity can be issued and traded like any other asset.
This week, the company raised a $10M Series A led by Interlock Partners, with participation from LiveOak Ventures and Riverwalk Capital Partners, to scale operations and expand its Home Equity Access product.
Co-founder and CEO John R Green and co-founder Mauricio Delgado believe homeowners should be able to diversify their wealth without selling their homes. The platform is already positioning itself for securitisation in 2026.
With US housing wealth at an all-time high, the ability to fractionalise equity could change how people think about personal finance.
Would you sell a slice of your home to invest elsewhere?
